Alessandro Cannistrà, Niente di più semplice, 2015

Site installation, audio, light and smoke on wood

Location: Location: Capri, Canonica in the Carthusian Monastery of San Giacomo

Niente di più semplice (Nothing is easier) is a code to decipher, an ancient message, perhaps ancestral, that the observer is invited by the work itself to search for.
It is an invitation to enter, to apply your own breathing to the rhythm of the intermittence of light, in tune with the sounds and finally to read a hidden message in the proxemic organization of volumes.
